Hi,
How can I hide the HD, SD and Mobile Buttons from displaying in the video, and let the video play in HD as default? The buttons are large, distracting and are not needed. I have selected HD as default both in Vimeo Pro and in FV Player Pro, but still the buttons are showing up. I have set up the main Vimeo page as http://vimeo.com/(1234567) as the url in FV Player.
