Thanks for reporting this, we were resolving this issue before. If you are not using the latest versions of our plugins, then please upgrade them.
If you are using the latest versions and the problem still occurs, then please send us a link to a test page where it can be seen. It would also help to let us know what exact mobile device you used and the version of it’s OS.

Hi. I am still facing the issue with the FV Player Pro (with VAST) while accessing the same on mobile devices. Whenever a video is played on a mobile, a large video icon overlaps the video screen while the video continues to play at the back. Please resolve immediately and revert.

Could you please try to turn on the Use old code option in Settings > FV Player > Setup tab > Integrations/Compatibility? Let us know if that fixed it, because we have updated our code recently and it might be the cause of the issue.

Could you please send us the exact types of the phones you were using along with the versions of the OS and name of the browser? We were testing this on Android 4.4.4 and iOS 10.2.1 and the video played without any issues on both.
