I just tested your video on iPhone 6S Plus (iOS 9), iPhone 7 Plus (iOS 10.3), iPhone X (iOS 11) and iPad Pro (iOS 10.3) and I didn’t see any issues.
Could you please let me know what devices were you testing it on and what OS did the devices run on? You could also capture a screenshot of the issue, if possible.

Eduardin fact no longer crashes, yesterday I did several tests and I disabled jetpack because I had read that brought problems, and this morning the video works, now I have reenabled jetpack and see that happening.
How do I translate the text to jump AD?now I have reactivated jetpack and the video freezes again

what does our video checker say about your video?
I checked http://www.martesana.tv/hosted/ on Google Chrome and the 1 minute 41 seconds video there is 33.4 MB in size which means it requires 2.65 Mbps = 331 kB/s download speed to play smoothly, but the video was only downloading for me at 100 kB/s.
Then it was working fine, loading at 600 kB/s.
But it would still fail for me. It appears as soon as the playback enters 20th second it fails – is the video corrupt? I even tried to download and it failed to play even in QuickTime Player on OS X.
Please put in http://video-cdn-public.foliovision.com/Swan-Lake-Reloaded-sd.mp4 and see if it still fails for you because of JetPack.

I have a doubt, when I load the video using filezilla, then use a plugin to insert them into the library: “MEDIA FROM FTP” this can mess up your files?
now also works on my high bitrate, boh I don’t understand, I deleted jetpack anyway

It seems that the video on http://www.martesana.tv/hosted/ is not available anymore.
Uploading the files via FTP won’t do any damage to the files, so that should not be an issue.
