Hi,
I am looking for a video player that autoplays a video on loop and doesnt have any controls or other options including play/pause and loops forever. Is it possible using your plugin?
Also there seems to be an issue with some other plugins that either dont autoplay or dont play at all when clicking play button on mobile bowers especially if phone is in low battery mode. Have you tested your PRO version to autoplay/play on play button on mobile browsers on iOS and Android especially when phone is in low battery mode?

Thanks for reaching to us! Yes, it’s possible to loop single video in our player via video actions. You can also hide any controls except the play/pause button.
With mobile autoplay it is little more difficult than that. In fact, most mobile browsers completely block audible autoplay thanks to the core device restrictions. It is possible to autoplay with our player on mobiles, but your videos will start muted. Unfortunately, there’s no way for us to go around this.

One issue I have found with some other plugins is that video doesnt play at all when low power mode is on on mobile phones, even when you try to press play button. Have you tested your plugin to make sure it can play videos when pressed even on low power mode?

No one ever contacted us with such an issue. I’ve tested playing videos on our website with low battery on iPhone 7 Plus and I haven’t experienced and playback issues.

we also tested on iOS 13.3.1 where we enabled the low power mode. In that case the video would not autoplay, but show the play button which you can hit and then it plays.

On mobile view when I hit the play button video opens but it also opens iOS music player for audio I am assuming. Is it possible to make the mobile browser not open its open music player for audio? Essentially what I want is a background video on loop, my video wont have any audio so I wont to disable any audio options.

our refund policy is that publishers must work with us in good faith to resolve any technical issues in order to be eligible for refund.
So it’s good that you are bringing up these issues. We did some testing and described to you how it works currently:
we enabled the low power mode. In that case the video would not autoplay, but show the play button which you can hit and then it plays.
Regarding the iOS music player – I’m not sure what you mean. Do you mean the player which appears on the iPhone lock screen if you lock it during the video playback?

Yes the player which opens when I play the video. This player is visible on lock screen and when you slide left down from top.
If you visit my homepage from mobile browser: https://nestvisuals.com/ – first video on top is the video I added using FV Player Pro. If I play press video starts to play but I also notice iOS player if I slide down the notification bar.
If you refresh and scroll down to Services or Our Portfolio section and click on Drone tab you will see that I have the same video playing but it is using a different plugin. Playing this video does not start iOS media player. How can I achieve same functionality for the video I added using FV Player Pro.

sorry about the delay here, I found that there is a way of getting rid of that player on iOS lock screen: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/56783395/disable-ios-safari-lock-screen-scrubber-for-media
But it’s tricky as some users need this feature, while some like you would prefer to not have it. So I wonder if we can disable it only if the video embedding is not allowed for example.
