I tested your plugin on our wordpress-site, we found a bug:
latest versions of wordpress-version and your plugin
client-computer with macOS 10.15.5 and safari 13.1.1I embedded on a page a video from a dropbox-source with your plugin, if I click on the fullscreen-button from your player in firefox and google chrome the video will be played in fullscreen
If i click with safari on the fullscreen-button, the screen goes black and I only see the video in its original size on the left edge of the screen – but not fullscreen.
it would be great, if you could solve this problem.

yes, on your website it works with safari, which I don’t understand, I now created on a temporary domain a fresh wordpress-installation with only your plugin and I still have this problem:

I tried different settings in your preference-pane, but still no success.
is there a special setting necessary for safari?

Thanks for setting up test site for us!
I’ve done some testing and successfully recreated the issue. It’s probably connected to window scaling javascript code because it fixes automatically when you scale the browser window in any way. Weird is that this doesn’t happen on our website. What theme are you using on the test site?

that’s a wordpress standard-theme – Twenty Twenty
what I discovered today: if I go to fullscreen and the video is small, I press the keys cmd + and the video is now really fullscreen.

We’e checked your website and you have some kind of custom style attribute which forces video elements to have width: 640px.
Please add this CSS code to your theme for a quick fix:
.flowplayer .fp-engine { width: 100% !important; }Otherwise we would also recommend to check if your theme settings can’t affect this in any way.
