Which exact size and video do you mean? Do you mean the one in the right column menu? Please provide us more information about to so we’ll be able to help you. Thanks!
Also you system info could be really helpful for us. You can find it at:
WP Admin Dashboard -> Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Tools -> System infoYou can simply copy the whole system info here.

Yes, there is only this one video on the page. I don’t want it to be shown full size when it has been clicked but 800 x 450 as I defined it. It used to work perfectly but a few weeks ago I realised that it does not work properly any more.

Can you please open settings of that video in our FV Player editor?
In the editor, please search for a Lightbox pop-up option as you can see in the screenshot and make sure it’s turned on and the size is set to 800 x 450.

I’m sorry this takes so long, we were slowed down by some internal restructuring – starting to manage FV Player development in Taiga.
As a quick fix you can go back to FV Player 7.3.19.727: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/fv-wordpress-flowplayer.7.3.19.727.zip You can check the changelog at https://foliovision.com/player/changelog to see what you miss that way.

Hello Uwe,
this has been fixed and prepared for the next plugin version release. If you need this bug right now, you can reinstall FV Player from this link: https://github.com/foliovision/fv-wordpress-flowplayer/archive/master.zip
To do that you will have to first deactivate and delete the current FV Player plugin you are using. WordPress will warn you that you might loose settings and data, but it’s not the case with our plugin, no settings now videos will be lost. Or you can just replace the plugin files via FTP.

FV Player 7.4.7.727 has been released just now, so it should all work for you with that latest version.
