Video playback was working perfectly, haven’t changed anything.
Now Vimeo hosted videos are no longer working.

    Below is the error message
HTML5: Video file not found. Can‘t parse the request.

Below is a link to the video.

The vimeo video is set to private on vimeo, and has been working perfectly. Now it seems to have randomly stopped working?

I replaced the vimeo hosting link to a link on a self hosted website and the player works. It seems to be an issue when trying to play vimeo files.

Below is a link to a vimeo hosted video that shows the error message.

    Hi rhys,

Thanks for all the valuable information. We’re currently investigating on what is causing these parsing issues with Vimeo videos. It seems like Vimeo has suddenly changed some of their settings.

We’re constantly working to fix these issues as soon as possible. We’ll keep you posted and inform you about the process throughout the day.

Thanks for the patience we’re trying our best,
    Juraj

I have changed most of the videos to links that are locally hosted files.
However below is a link to a vimeo video that isn’t working.

Ideally I’d like to host on vimeo rather than webhost.

Thanks for the report Rogerio. You should have received a detailed update via email explaining the temporary Vimeo outage and the steps we’ve taken to make sure it never happens again.
