Thank you for your bug report. Unfortunately I was not able to test it/ reproduce it on your site as I see you are now using Vimeo player.
However I tested the video with android 8 “Faccia a faccia con alcuni volti storici del Signa 1914” and it played without any issues using new FV Player.

I thank you for your attention. However FVplayer on the facebook app andoid (oreo 8.0) does not work after the last update. The player plays only the preroll and then stops. These are some links that you can test on the facebook app with android:

could you please start by using the latest version of FV Player Pro? It’s 7.1.14.727 and if you don’t see the update for some reason, please download the plugin from https://foliovision.com/my-licenses

In fact, FVplayer PRO was not updated. I proceeded to update it manually. The following error message appeared: “Your license key is incorrect” Please check your license on Foliovision.com to get the correct license key and get plugin updates. ” However, the code is right and the pro-pack is installed. Now the videos in the Facebook app work but start with the audio turned off as you can see from the screenshot.
