Video doesn’t play in Kazan city, maybe in all Tatarstan region. Some time ago in Moscow region were blocked Admin Video Checker, now it’s working. I use Amazon CloudFront, so I think the problem is in player, not in video distribution.

Our player does not influence or restricts in any way videos based on geographic location that could be done through hosting. We also had some issues with Cloudfront in Bratislava (Slovakia) returning very low speeds. After contacting them issue got resolved. You could contact AWS customer support. Make sure you tell them exact location. You can include results from their diagnostic tool: http://s3.amazonaws.com/aws-cloudfront-testing/JsCustomerTesting.html. You can also test speeds you are getting from Cloudfront.
