    Hi,

    I updated FV Player to the latest version and the videos keep freezing even though the video is downloaded.
    In the FV Player back-end, doesn’t play at all, the videos show like they are loading.
    In the front-end they start playing>black screen>new frame and freeze. I can go through the video and it displays the frames, but it does not play. If i use “picture in picture” option, it works.

    Now i rolled back to the version that causes widget error, because that works without any problem. Is there a way to solve this?

    Currently i have FV Player 7.4.47.727 and FVPlayer Pro 7.5.14.727.

    Also the autosave option is sometimes annoying.

    Update:
    If i add a new video, it works normally.
    If i edit the link of a video that does not work(also the link of splash image), like deleting a letter (refresh) and adding it back, the video works normally, the play button is displayed in the backend and also works in the frontend. But i can’t do that to hundreds of videos.

    Hello ATT,

    it’s a strange issue and I’m not sure what could be causing it. Do you mean it occurs when you upgrade from FV Player 7.4.47.727 to FV Player 7.5.15.727 ?

    I have the same problem. The video loops and does not stream. It is updated to Pro version.

    Hello Farzan,

    are you using a HLS live stream? If so, is it marked as a live stream?

    The FV Player editor should detect that automatically when you put in the URL into the video field.
