The pop-up saying that you’ve switched to a different library doesn’t stay closed after clicking “Acknowledge”. On every backend page load it opens up and I have to close it again to get to the menu. A fix would be greatly appreciated – until then I’m going to have to roll back, as this is a huge slowdown.

Thank you for the bug report. We haven’t encountered this yet on our end. Could you open the browser JavaScript console (how to: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis ), then close the popup and see if there is some error.

Other than than I’m not sure what could be the problem. We used similar popup boxes for years and there were never any issues. Do you get the same problem on a clean website with no other plugins?

MartinHi, FYI I have solved the issue – I manually reinstalled wordpress core from the updates page – this seems to have cured the problem.
