I had used this plugin in a WordPress website and I am facing issue ,basically I have created the 4 different video play lists and each list contain one video only and also turn on the autoplay option. The problem that I am facing is when I add the shortcode in a different column and play the video in a popup the first video work fines but when I click the next button the new video will stop automatically and I have to turn on the media by clicking on it. Can you please explain the issue?

I have a playlist with 4 videos. I can use this short code [fvplayer id="17"] to display the playlist. The play list starts with first video in the list. Is there a way to change the starting video of the playlist to 2nd or third from short code, without changing the playlist from fv settings dashboard?
Reason: I want to place the play list in 4 different places on site. On each place, I want the play list to start with different video in the playlist.
For now, I have created 4 different playlists, each starting with a different video but it does not seem like a good solution as it messes up analytics.

For the issue with second video in a playlist stopping, try seeing, if you have Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Sitewide FV Player Defaults -> Disable Playlist Autoadvance enabled. If so, turn it off.
Alternatively, you can also enable the Playlist Autoadvance in Post Interface Options, which lets you control autoadvance for individual videos in the shortcode editor.
As for the need to swap videos without using the shortcode editor, you can also write manual shortcodes. For example like this:
