Hello! Our iOS users only are facing serious issue while playing videos.
Here is 1 message from one of our user: “NOTHING is working. It doesn’t matter what video I try to watch, EVERY single one of them on this entire site is REFUSING to play properly! They either are permanently stuck with the loading symbol and don’t allow you to press the play button, or if they do let you press the play button, the video is shoved over to the right so you cannot select the full screen button unless you scroll the page down, and even then, EVERY time I push the play button, it always gives me the exact same message: “error: file not found”. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS STUPID WEBSITE?!?!?! I’m using an iPad with IOS 13 or higher, but it’s probably doing this exact same thing on my desktop computer. PLEASE fix whatever is wrong so that I can get back to watching the content on here without any difficulty whatsoever!!!!!”
Its not about any particular video, its about all videos on entire site.

as we were fixing some iOS issues lately I checked to make it’s not related to our fix.
It’s not, you are loading jQuery twice on your website, there is https://code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.min.js and https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1/jquery.min.js – that could cause issues like this.
You should be getting that as a warning when you do step 4. from this guide: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/installation#minify

After going to step 4 as mentioned above, i am getting;
“It appears there are no jQuery library on your site, your videos might not be playing, please check”What could be the solution?
I fixed loading jQuery twice on my website by replacing 1 url with another to have common 1 url.
Checked via Gtmetrix, now there isnt any such error.

do did that fix the issue?
If it’s still loading twice I think the issue remains, as loading jQuery the second time causes some of the hooks from the first instance to stop working.
