I have a video with a pre-roll ad running, but that video uses the startend feature, because we only show a part of it in each user iteration.
When i use the pre-roll in the first play the video does not respect the startend, only when it ends and the i click on play again.
There is something that i could do to mitigate this? Or is this know bug?

I was not able to reproduce the issue.
The video here has the duration of 4:38. I set it to start at 1:00, making it effectively 3:38 long. The fact that there’s a pre-roll video in front of it does not change that: https://foliovision.com/player/demos/roll-custom-video
If it does not work for you, then there must be some other reason. Could you please send a link to your page?
I see you are using FV Player 7. I would recommend you start by upgrading to FV Player 8: https://wordpress.org/plugins/fv-player/ Then you should be asked to update FV Player Pro to version 8 as well, which you should already see in updates.

Hi, the update fixed this bug, and OMG, its really much better version, the loading is faster, and also fixed the annoying previous behavior (click on play and its starts and then starts to load and them play).
Now with preload, is soo much smoother experience.
