Hello,
I want to manage my blog with pages now… I tried to go back to the original URL structure,l but it did not work… I have just uninstalled the puglin and haven’t come back to their original state yet…
What do I do?

this plugin has little to do with pages, so I’m not sure what exact problem do you have. If you need to create redirections from links like http://example.com/{category name} to http://example.com/category/{category name} I suggest that you use a WordPress plugin called “Redirection”.

I’m using your plugin and I really love it. But I installed WPML Multilanguage Plugin and now no category is working. I tried to use the Redirection plugin afted uninstalling FV Top Level Categories, but without full sucess – I was only sucessfull with categories at main language, but I was unsucessfull with English language categories. Because when you go to English the “/en/” is added to the URL. I tried also to use subdomain for English instead of URL editing but also without sucess.The adress of my working site is http://alonemothers.allycom.sk and English version is now “http://alonemothers.allycom.sk/en/”
While writing this post I deleted the redirection plugin and installed FV Top Level Categories again to debug it. The strange thing is that the main language is now working and English language is having 404 Error.
What should I do?

Hello Pavol,
the multilanguage plugin is probably creating a lot of new WordPress rewrite rules for all the different language prefixes (/en, /de and so on).
So this is not a simple task at all. If you have an experience with adjusting Wordpres rewrite rules, you can take a look at the fv_top_level_categories_rewrite_rules() function in the plugin and adjust it so that it adds the language prefix for each language or something similar. If your fix would be good enough, we would be happy to include it in our plugin for future releases (so you could use auto updates without worries).
