Error occured during insertion of testimonial into database!

What is happening here? Cannot upload pictures and also nothing else is stored.
I am using WP Multisite.

Hello Jonathan,

we will have a look into this in our own WP Multisite and let you know if it’s just you, or there is some issue between our plugin and WP Multisite.
