Hi, is it possible to edit the homepage title and description in the different languages I have on my website ?
When I edit my Homepage, I can see the different languages and can edit the title and description with all of them. But it does not appear in the source code.
I can only edit the Homepage title and description in the FV Simpler SEO settings, but the other languages don’t appear there…
Do you know how I can have my homepage title and description in different languages ?

Hello guys, I have the same problem. I can’t figure out how to make the SEO titles display for the homepage. Am I missing something here??

sorry about the delay.
If you homepage is not using WordPress, then it would be fairly tricky to integrate FV Simpler SEO into it. But you can start by loadin wp-load.php in it and then getting the required option and echoing it.

MartinNot sure why this is marked as resolved. I’m having the same issue. My homepage is a static page. When editing the page, the title and description fields show up. I can fill them in, but the plugin seems to use the fields in the “Basic options” instead.
Those fields do support usage of the qtranslate tags, but would much rather have the plugin pick up the fields from the static page.Hello Dennis,
sorry about the delay. It appears that qTranslate is currently struggling to add support for WordPress 3.9. That puts us into a difficult position, as we have our clients who use this plugin and it’s also supported with FV Simpler SEO. But unless the core qTranslate plugin gets fixed, there is not much we can do.
