Hi,
I’ve added two vast urls in waterfall from Exoclick and AdsTerra but none of them are playing in my FVPlayer (or sometimes randomly one ads play and then nothing happen again for long time).
For Exoclick vast ad I set a frequency of 1 minute and for AdsTerra there’s no frequency limit, so it should play ads every time.Thank you

Ok I thought it was not safe to share adult links, I’d like if you can hide the link publicly. However here you are 3 different videos where vast ads should load immediately after the start. I don’t see any ads in any of theese videos.

I apologize for the late reply.
I was not able to access the links. They all lead to the URL shortener’s homepage. Have you deleted the links, or have they expired by chance? I redacted the links nonetheless.
In the meantime, I forgot to ask – have you tried playing the ads in various browsers, and tried using the guest mode to make sure your browser extensions do not interfere?

I got the ad playing in at least 50% of cases which is normal – the ad network might not always have an ad to serve. I was getting the ads from syndication.realsrv.com.
However the secondary ad network would never load the ad – it was blocked by the Eset antivirus which I’m using.
If you are still seeing no ads and you are using Google Chrome, please try to use the Guest mode – that will ensure you have no browser extensions enabled. It’s a good troubleshooting step.

I did all the tests using guest mode with Chrome but I still don’t get any ads. However it turned out that the problem was the country where I played the videos, in one case I got 0 ads out of 20 attempts. Switching to other countries using a VPN displayed the ads instead.
The problem seems to be solved thank you for the support. Please can you delete the whole thread with all the messages? Thank you
