I am using adsterra ads in my website and I tried to follow their instructions:
Before implementing the tag, please replace the macros [WIDTH], [HEIGHT], [CACHE_BUSTERS] and [PAGE_URL] with the corresponding macros of your player.
If your player doesn’t support macros make sure you hardcode the required values as follows:[WIDTH] should be changed to the width of the video player on the page in pixels (without [])
[HEIGHT] should be changed to to the height of the video player on the page in pixels (without [])
[CACHE_BUSTERS] to some random number (without []) and
[PAGE_URL] to the domain of the website where VAST tag is embedded (without []). It is extremely important to pass correct domain name in [PAGE_URL] macro so make sure you use separate VAST tags for each of your domains if you can’t pass the value dynamically.

So you can simply use [player_width], [player_height], [random_number] and [permalink].

I tried to apply the vast code but it didn’t work even I changed to [player_width], [player_height], [random_number] and [permalink] but still nothing.
they sent me embeded code and asked me to place it
in the Container ID (query selector) field there is a default class “.ov-ar-container-201412” indicated – you shall insert this class to the container with your player

a proper VAST ad should be just the URL. If there is some query selector it must be something else, but perhaps they just want you to use their own player.
But as long as they are complying to the VAST standard it will work with FV Player VAST.
Could you please test your VAST ad using the following tools and see if any one plays the ad properly?

That being said, it seems that Addstera has no minimal traffic requirements, but they do approve accounts manually. Did they let you know why your account wasn’t approved? Maybe it violates some ToS.
