How do I fix this I have a protected video from S3 on my site with FVplayer I’m seeing 2 control bars the upper one never goes away.

Hello chasebank,

this looks like a plugin or theme conflict. Seems like there is a MediaElement player being appended into FV Player instances. We posted a fix to a similar issue in WPLMS Theme here: https://foliovision.com/player/advanced/compatibility -> WPLMS Theme

Does it happen even when using the default WordPress theme?
