Can’t activate license key

Hello I just bought VAST+Proplayer and I can’t activate license key for VAST plungin

Hello Nyein,

I checked our licence logs and your licence is valid.

Does it say that the licence key is invalid?

Since you have purchased other VAST licences recently, please check, whether the key inserted in your plugin is from the correct licence.

If you will still experience problems, please send over the content of wp-admin -> Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Tools -> System Info.

Please, also enable Settings -> FV Player VAST -> Debug.

I still having that error please help!, video player pro is activated. VAST licence key is invalid. Sometimes it is valid but today it is show invalid.

To be more specific: if I enable bunnycdn Url Token Authentication Key in fv player pro setting, the VAST licence became invalid, if i disable, VAST licence became valid again.

Please help because I have to enable bunnycdn Url Token Authentication Key for security reasons for my videos.

Hello Nyein,

this issue is not realted to BunnyCDN.

Maria did ask you to send over Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Tools -> System Info. If you would send that it would be more clear what’s really the issue.

Please ensure you use the proper license key from https://foliovision.com/my-licenses
