the player is not playing? I am using bunny.net, everything was working.
Today I looked on my page, and the player is not playing, maybe afer updating?

I did not made any changes in the last time.
How can I fix the problem?

I could figure out where the proble is.
I disabled the Url Token Authentication Key on FV player and now is working fine.
Please could you fix this problem in the FV plugin, then enable the token authentication again?BR

New version of FV player (token) was not playing with version 7.5.45.7212.
Because of that I have lost a lot of traffic.
My videos were not playing properly, Only 1 video of the playlist was playing, could not change the videos on the player. I changed to the previous version Versão 7.5.43.7212, now is everything ok.

The page that you linked to plays a MP4 video from BunnyCDN using the URL token.
I tried the same configuration with latest versions:
- FV Player 7.5.44.7212
- FV Player Pro 7.5.45.7212
Please let me know what exact setting you are referring to as “Url Token Authentication Key”. In wp-admin -> FV Player -> Settings -> Hosting -> BunnyCDN there is only “Secure Token” and if you remove that you need to disable it on BunnyCDN end too.
Are you perhaps referring to Bunny Stream? In that one we have the “Enable Token Authentication” setting.
If you upgrade to the latest FV Player again and let us know we can have a look at your page again to figure out the issue, but we need to do so withing the next 5 hours.
