This is not a customer problem. It looks like I created this problem looking at order records within Woocommerce as wp admin. I saw it generated an apache2 error.log entry and checking access.log I saw it occurred when I accessed an older order before your latest changes. Just reporting back….

it was a simple fix, but if you have a moment, could you please reinstall FV Player Pay Per View for WooCommerce from a fresh ZIP file from https://foliovision.com/my-licenses ?
