I just have a question: I managed to put Vimeo clips on your player and pre-roll ads. The only problem I have is that I cannot do it with YouTube videos.
If i put it on autoplay it just shows the buffering bullets and it doesn’t start, but when I click on the splash image it works fine. If it didn’t show the buffering and users could see the play button, it would all be fine.
BUT
When I turn autoplay off it does nothing and it displays the broken javascript error.Waiting for your response. Thanks in advance

I had a quick look, since you are our licensed user. It appears to be a conflict with your theme – it probably uses some incompatible jQuery plugin or whole library.
Could you please try some other theme? You can just pick the “Twenty Fourteen” theme.
Future versions of FV Flowplayer will be less dependent on jQuery.

FV Player Pro > scroll down to YouTube (Pro) settings. Fill in your Google developer key.
There is no option for me for that.. its not showing up

are you sure your FV Player Pro is active as well as FV WordPress Flowplayer?
I see your license is expired, but it should work in your last version.

yeah i know.. I had to uninstall my FV Player Pro) and re install a brand new one… Now it works 80% (some of my old youtube vids won’t embed right missing picture.. but it’s fine don’t need that fixed

could you please send us YouTube links to your old videos? Then we can check if there is some problem with obtaining the splash screen, or if there is some issue with the Google Developer API key which you entered. We might need to improve the instructions and key checking here.
