I have FV player pro updated to the latest version. I’m hosting videos on vimeo pro.
The videos seem to work ok on a chrome browser, but as soon as I try play the videos on an Edge, iPad, iPhone or Android the video won’t play telling me ‘html5: video file not found. I also get large ‘pause symbols’ appear down the screen.
Any ideas what’s causing this and how to resolve it? I have tried enabling/disabling various options in the settings such as MPEG-DASH, iframe Embedding, Enable HLS.js and so on. None of them make any difference.

We are having a look right now. Can you submit one of the videos via our video checker? Also what theme are you using?

I realised that Vimeo hosted videos will of course not work with video checker. As a troubleshooting step you can you check if you’re getting the same issue on https://foliovision.com/player/demos/vimeo-integration?
