Hello– I just purchased the pro version of the plugin yesterday. When checking the template or trying to create a shortcode with the editor (using my vimeo pro videos), I encounter the Javascript query strings missing in footer/header error.
I have tried deactivating all plugins / themes and just can’t make sense of what is happening.
Please help– I am really trying to get this moving on our site.

First of all, thanks for purchasing the pro version of our player!
We’ve checked your site and we discovered that the problem could possibly be with some of your CDN plugins deleting query strings versions. We have an article on that topic over here: https://foliovision.com/2017/06/wordpress-cdn-best-practices
Also for our further help we need your system info which you can find and at Settings -> FV Player PRO -> Tools. And also a link to a test page with that problem would be really helpful for us.

it seems there was a bad version in FV Player linked to from our webpage https://foliovision.com/player/download It actually works to Github directly while the version which we fully test is WordPress.org directly.
Sorry about that, please reinstall FV Player and it will work. You can just get it using wp-admin -> Plugins -> Add New.
Please note that you will have to first deactivate and delete the current FV Player plugin you are using. WordPress will warn you that you might loose settings and data, but it’s not the case with our plugin, no settings now videos will be lost.
