I’m getting this error with some videos specific in one page of my site. We have 20 videos in the page but there’s no specific path to this, seems to be happening randomly (sometimes work one or another, sometimes all go well, sometimes not)
My users are reporting the same problem too. Sometimes they want to play one of the videos and they can’t, and some others report problem with different videos, though it’s the same error.

1- Vimeo account is right
2- API Key got the right permissions (as i have other videos in other pages of the site and works smoothly)

could you please post the Vimeo links of these videos? It would make it easier for us to figure this out.

it seems these videos are not allowed to be embed anywhere.
Please check the “Privacy Settings” section of our Vimeo guide: https://foliovision.com/player/video-hosting/how-to-use-vimeo#privacy
You will have to use that “Only sites I choose” option.
