On some iOS devices, I see sound on a livestream but no video (just a spiner)

This has happened twice now, it used to never happen. All of our recordings are HLS and work fine but when we stream live through Amazon IVS, most (not all) iOS users see the loading icon instead of video and just get sound.

Feel like I might have clicked a setting that is causing this because I was messing around before this happened.

Unfortunately, were in the middle of a stream right now and still haven’t been able to resolve this.

Update, No I can’t “see” the sound… was doing 3 things at once and really messed that title up. Anyway, the below settings being enabled seemed to have solved my issue

Use native fullscreen on mobile:
Force fullscreen on mobile:
Alternative iOS fullscreen mode

Hello Robert,

are you able to schedule another live stream somewhere between 8 AM UTC and 3 PM UTC? Can we then play your live stream on our test site or is it restricted by domain?

We would like to have a look, please let us know.
