no sound for hls video playback

Hi

I am using this pluign for embeding my videos from external video on demand service

the problem is video plays well but there is no sound! every thing is working like change video quality

this vod service have iframe embed code that with that code video plays normally with sound but with FV player there is no sound for video

what is the problem ? here is link to test page where you can see video

Hi Reza!

I checked the test site and video played with sound for me without any issues. I tested on mac Os10.14 and ipad mini with iOS 12.2 in multiple browsers. Can you send me exactly what device, OS and browser you had trouble with no sound on video?

the problem is only with Firefox and with chrome it is working well

i am using Firefox 68.0.1 windows10

I think there might be some audio codec which Firefox doesn’t support. Please use the Video Checker feature of the plugin to submit a report of the video details to us: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/how-to-use-video-checker
