No box to insert license key

I installed the FV Player 8 and FV Player Pro on a new website, i have the license key for the domain but nowhere to insert it. I just have two buttons:
- Apply Pro Upgrade which returns: FV Player License upgrade failed – please check if you are running the plugin on your licensed domain or download FV Player Pro on Your Foliovison.com Licenses page
- Check Template
and that’s it.

What do i do?

Nevermind, i installed fv player 7 it showed there the box, and then upgraded. So nevermind, please delete this

Hello Luc,

Sorry about the bad experience. The “Apply Pro upgrade” button should actually work which would make the whole process seamless.

I found that this was caused by the security improvements to our licensing server.

Now it will work.
