I’m seeing some inconsistencies when using Interactive Transcript with Chapters. Everything looks fine on my PC browser, but when it comes to mobile (tested both iPad and iPhone) I don’t get the Chapters or Captions showing.
I looked at your demo page (https://foliovision.com/player/demos/interactive-transcript-chapters) on the iPad and everything works just fine. So, I’m trying to figure out what it is that is different with my setup.

It’s a pretty simple layout currently as I’m troubleshooting. I’m using VTT for captions, chapters and transcript, and they’re all hosted on the same server.
Any ideas what might be different? (Amazing feature, by the way!)

Hello Peter,
It looks like the issue with the missing chapters happens when you open your website as HTTP, instead of HTTPS. You should add a redirection for all the http:// links.
However, we encountered some buffering issues on iOS 10 while testing this. Could you please paste a screenshot of the Video Checker‘s report on of this video?

Ah, that’s great, thanks! Yes, it was a hidden page I was testing, so had typed in the URL manually when checking it. As soon as I added the HTTPS, then everything burst beautifully in to life.
Regarding the video buffering, I used the Video Checker as advised and it picked up that the Meta data was set to the wrong content type. I’ve now corrected it, so hopefully it runs smoothly.
