    The new update has been sent out and I updated. Two bugs I see, the pause and volume icon is missing. The volume icon next to the volume bar.

    Also, in the live stream the flowplayer logo is shown, it’s not your logo either it’s the flowplayer one. That is just in the live stream either in rtmp or hls on desktop. I will try to go back to previous version until this is fixed. I will out for a few days also.

    I was unable to upload previous version to fix error until you fix them. I have to leave for Nashville. You can see the errors on my site. The flowplayer logo seems to only show in chrome in live stream.

    Hello,

    What changed in 6.0.3.1, I just upgraded and my player changed from FlowPlayer to Vimeo’s one.

    We must do something to see it as spected?

    FV WordPress Flowplayer: Your pro extension is installed, but it’s not compatible with FV Flowplayer 6! Make sure you upgrade your FV Player Pro to version 0.5 or above.

    Hello Diego,

    what FV Player Pro version do you have installed? It appears that the upgrade is sometimes stuck, so we will have to put some code into FV Wordpres Flowplayer to fix it I guess.

    The update worked great to me. It fixed the errors I had with the 6.0 release. The player looks much better to. I love that is used hls on all devices. The vimeo videos load much faster to especially in hd. I haven’t tried to see if the vimeo stats work now. Did you see that you use a new api that makes that work?

    This is my first day with FlowPlayer.

    I do not display the icon: play full screen. Additionally, when you open a page with article – Player are two, one in the second.

    as this is a new release I had a glance at your site:

    1) your font files appear to be missing, try this one: http://www.ostrow24.tv/wp-content/plugins/fv-wordpress-flowplayer/css/fonts/fpicons.woff?yg5dv7

    Perhaps there was some issues when updating plugin. I suggest you deactivate and delete it and then install again. If that won’t help, check that directory via FTP.

    2) I’m not sure what you mean about the second issue, but it appears you are using two video plugins at once.

    I installed again “FV WordPress Flowplayer”. There is still no icons.
    As for the dual player, it looks like this:

    I turned off the plug from another player, and you’re still just a show.

    Hello Marek,

    you should be checking why the fonts are missing in that directory.

    It appears you might have the Media Element player hard-coded in your theme, so try disabling that.

    What is going on with my video… I get this error message: FV WordPress Flowplayer: Your pro extension is installed, but it’s not compatible with FV Flowplayer 6! Make sure you upgrade your FV Player Pro to version 0.5 or above.
    On Aug 3, @09:21:59 PDT I purchase a new license, so why is this a problem?

    Okay I deleted the old.3 version and uploaded the new verison and it kinda worked. now none of my videos are playing via cell phone but they play via desktop. its giving a 404 message. i use Wp-touch pro version. everything was working great before this upgrade. All my customers are now complaining. please help ASAP. Thx.

    Hello Robert,

    could you please check if you entered the FV Wordpres Flowplayer license key? https://foliovision.com/player/user-guide#license If you did then you should see an upgrade for FV Player Pro version 0.5 which you need to execute.

    If you don’t see it, then there must be some problem. As a quick fix, you can just get FV Player Pro from https://foliovision.com/login -> My Products -> Extensions -> FV Player Pro. Download that ZIP file and install FV Player Pro from it.

    Hello Curtis,

    I checked the issue on your website with an Android 4.3 phone. The issue appears to be that your logo is so big that users click (touch) that instead of the player play icon. So then the link on the logo opens instead of the video.

    This should not be happening, there should be no link like that on the logo. We will get it fixed on Monday. As a quick fix you can just remove your custom logo.

    Thank You. I removed the Logo and it appears to work except that the videos are playing but the 3 loading dots are still scrolling across the screen. I hope for an Update monday or should I try resizing my logo again.? It was working fine before the update. Please let me know as the main Purpose I purchased the upgrade was for the Logo Branding but I already risized it once before. Letr me know. Thank You!

    Hello Curtis,

    we are still working on this. When we first put in Flowplayer 6 into our plugin it was version 6.0.2 and YouTube worked with that. However later, right before we released FV Flowplayer 6 for public there was a Flowplayer 6.0.3 release with some small bug fixes, so we put that in. And that causes the YouTube issue.

    I think there is a bug with the latest flowplayer pulling screenshots from vimeo. I was using the new post and it wouldn’t pull a screenshot. Previously using same method to post it would pull a screen. I had to use the screen shot feature to add one.

    please upgrade to FV Player Pro 0.5.1. If you don’t see the upgrade right away, please get it from https://foliovision.com/login We noticed that these updates are often too delayed and this new version fixes it.

    Regarding the YouTube issue – YouTube API has changed the Android support a bit, so we need to acomodate the changes. Our goal is to make the mobile YouTube playback a single click which is not happening right now (requires two clicks).

    smith234, I was able to reproduce and fix this. Please upgrade to FV WordPress Flowplayer 6.0.3.2 and it will work.

    Hi guys. I figured out my problem making flash playback work with the new version.

    It’s one of those “not so obvious” problems that may get overlooked during troubleshooting (I think). To get this to work in browsers/platforms outside of Mac/safari/iOS environments I had to add a crossdomain.xml file so that Flash would permit playback.

    I think specifically this is because of redirection to my CDN, etc. Some users may have a different setup that may not require crossdomain referencing while others may not realize they actually do need it. So I created a simple crossdomain.xml file, uploaded it to the root directory of my media storage, and it works 100%.

    Hello Asanka,

    I had a look at jamsplay.tv on Chrome 45.0.2454.93 on OS X 10.9.5 and I couldn’t see the issue on homepage nor single article page.

    Could you please:

    1) Let us know what Chrome version you use?

    2) Check what addons you use in your Google Chrome?

    3) If you have some web development skills, can you paste any error messages from your Chrome Developer Tools Console?

    I’m not sure about jamsplay.com, it appears you deactivated the plugin there, could you please reenable it?
