Hello,
my video is not playing in mobile. This error message is showing:
“unsupported file type”
Video checker is showing:
“We recommend that you re-encode your FLV video into MP4 format or also provide the video in MP4 format. FLV is not compatible with HTML5 and won’t play on devices without Flash (iPhone, iPad…).”

You have to re-encode these videos into MP4. Use the free software described in the article (Handbrake), read the whole article for more encoding tips. Basically you can use the settings which you see on screenshots.
