Hi!
I have a problem with adding a video to FV Player. When I add link there is no video checking and I can’t save it. I tried to reinstall the plugin but nothing changes.
Can you tell me do you know solution for this problem? I can give you access so you can check it if you want.
Can you please help me with this problem.

Please, try using a basic mp4 file hosted somewhere else. For example, in your WordPress library. See, if it works.
If that does not work either, try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/error-log-monitor/
Then repeat repeat saving the video and see, if any error appears in it.
You can also check PHP error logs directly on the server. If you are not sure about it, the server technical support should be able to give you a hand.
