I have a strange problem. I use vimeo pro via the api.
Some, but not all viewers experience that the audio of a video starts again after about 2 minutes into the video. So then they have the audio twice. Very irritating (;
I hade autobuffering and “autoplay when viewport” activated and turned that off. did not help. switched to new beta feature “insert as iframe”. That did not help either.
I think the cached videos have some problem. But cannot delete the vimeo cache. Changing the api key did nothing.

please disable Settings -> FV Player -> Hosting -> Vimeo -> Force iframe Embedding and send us a link to the page where we can see the issue.
Also let us know what browser you are using.

I disabled the integration. Please go here:
martinglanert.de/clartiy/vip and use the password “…” to sign up.
Then click the Button “weiter” and go through some videos.. For different people it starts with different videos. After about 2 minutes the audio starts again from 0. It happends with all browsers.

thank you for the video and the bug report! We had a look and this all looks pretty complex. It appears you are using a multi-step Gravity Forms form with FV Player inside of it.
It’s difficult for us to tell if the issue is related to use of Gravity Foms directly, or it’s just your theme or some plugin. Could you please post some Vimeo video to some clean page which you create on your WordPress site? You can set the page to be password protected and send the password to us here, we are keeping this thread private.
Also, as a quick fix you can try to enable “Settings -> FV Player -> Integrations/Compatibility -> Prefer Flash player by default”, it seems this doesn’t affect browsers which use Flash for MP4.

we setup our own multi-step form with Gravity Forms and the issue appears to be triggered by the Partial Entries addon for it.
The Flash preference which I recommended as a quick fix helps, so cloud you please disable “Settings -> FV Player -> Integrations/Compatibility -> Prefer Flash player by default” again, then see if the issue is still occurring and then disable the Gravity Forms Partial Entries and see if that helps?

Hello Martin,
the Gravity Forms Partial Entries addon calls jQuery.clone() on the form wrapper, which also contains the player if you insert it using the HTML block. That makes the Flowplayer play the video again on background.
