Hi
Just installed and upgraded. Loving it. But I notice the icons for the player do not render (close, etc). There are 404 errors on the following files (this is just one of the font files) :
We dont have the folder mentioned, we just have fv-wordpress-flowplayer. Of course I can fix the problem just by either changing the reference in the CSS or creating the folders it is looking for and putting the files in there, but is there a more sinister issue, should I have that folder on our system?

Sorry, the icon I wanted to refer to was actually the “resize” icon in the top right of the player. That is a better example than “Close”

Could you please try to go Settings > FV Player and click on Save All Changes? You don’t even have to change any settings.

Hi There. I did that, and now I have an img folder as well. I am guessing the files didnt get copied when I first installed it.

Uh, maybe I should open another ticket but I just noticed that our logo is not displaying either.

Hi. License is active for siebelhub.com (do I need to put WWW or something in front? ) WordPress on http://www.siebelhub.com Settinngs > FV Player Pro says Pro Pack Installed and the same license code is showing.

We can see the issue on your website and were able to replicate it on some of our test sites, but not all of them. We’re working on fixing this and a fix should be ready on Monday.

Hello James,
I checked your website and the issue is related to your CDN – it cached the version of FV Player CSS before you put in the logo. Please clear your CDN (it appears to be CloudFlare) cache and the logo should appear properly.
