Multiple players on same page?

[Solved]

    I have a video website with videos interspersed among text and graphics. Often there are several videos on the same page. Is it possible to let a guest leave a video while playing and then open up another video and have the first video stop downloading so that there is no excessive bandwidth taken up? There are some players with this feature but i could not find documentation about Flowplayer. I would like to use it as a plugin for WordPtess.

    Thanks..

    Hello Shirson,

    of course it is possible to have multiple players on one page, and your visitors can pause the video anytime they want, and move to another video.

    But I am afraid the video, even though it is paused will continue to load.

    Hi
    We have the WordPress plugin and have used it to embed two flowplayer videos on our home page. It looks and works fine in Firefox but both videos are broken in IE and Chrome (neither will play) it seems to only work in firefox.

    Any sugestions?
    Thanks;

    Hello Dwayne,

    you have provided so few details that it is impossible to tell what can be wrong. Generally we do not have issues like this, if the video plays well in firefox, there’s no reason for not playing in IE.
    I can suggest to check the version of your flashplayer, or maybe you can try to encode the video again, in case there was some error in it.
