FV Player does not work on IOS devices

Howdy,
I tried to set up the free player. It works fine on all other devices but IOS shows only a frame. Also I checked the video with your video checker: “OK!”

I enabled Settings -> FV Player -> Mobile Settings -> “Alternative iOS fullscreen mode”. But this does not help.
We only use .mp4 files.

Is there any workarround for this issue?

Hi John!

Can you please send us a link to the video where we can see the issue? Also let us know what version of iOS you’re using. Can you test video on our homepage if that one works for you?
