Player div id is random

Hi,
I created my fv player with a shorcut, when I embed the shortcut, I check in the browser inspect, that the id, of the player’s div is random, I need it to be static, every time I load the page it changes the id, I need static id.

hi,

If i can not change the id to static, i could then perform the unload by the data-flowplayer-instance-id, how do I do this , I wish to unload for any video by the id or data-flowplayer-instance-id, how do i do to use function flowplayer like flowplayer(‘#your-element’).unload(); if i use parameter #your-element this id is random. now the parameter data data-flowplayer-instance-id is static, i ca use this, how to use ths parameter in function flowplayer(‘#your-element’).unload();

Hello Edgar,

are you using the FV Player database? https://foliovision.com/player/advanced/player-database If so, then we could improve the plugin to use the player database ID as the element ID.

In the other case, you should be able to use:
```
flowplayer('[data-flowplayer-instance-id=0]').unload(); 
```
But to just unload the first player on the page you can also use a lot simpler call:
```
flowplayer(0).unload(); 
```
