    Hey Guys,

    All of a sudden today we started to have issues with the FV Player Pro plugin and Vimeo.

    Early in the afternoon all of our videos started to show “html5: Video file not found” with the Vimeo URL showing in the error console as “404: file not found”

    So far the only way we’ve been able to restore video playback is by disabling the FV Player Pro plugin entirely, there was nothing we could do in the Pro settings to make things work.

    Please let me know how I can submit things privately as I can give you access to our staging site where we can recreate the issue.

    We’d really like to get the Pro plugin re-enabled as while we’re just using the normal plugin our videos do not resize properly on mobile.

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for all the valuable information. We’re currently investigating on what is causing these parsing issues with Vimeo videos. It seems like Vimeo has suddenly changed some of their settings.

    We’re constantly working to fix these issues as soon as possible. We’ll keep you posted and inform you about the process throughout the day.

    Hi Matt,

    Vimeo videos should work fine again. You can enable the Pro plugin. If any issue appears again, please let us know.
