Hi,
After the new plugin update, our videos are automatically muted when you play them. We do not have autoplay turned on and this is not in reference to an ad. We are using the pro beta version. It’s only happening for single displayed videos NOT videos in playlists (at this point).
Please let me know how I can fix this.

I think I fixed it. Apparently when it was within a certain design feature from Beaver Builder it was automatically muting the video. When I inserted the video using HTML, the automatic mute did not occur.

Hi! I spoke too soon. It appears that this is still happening for all new single videos we are posting, even in HTML with Beaver Builder.
It’s happening on our login-only pages – is there anyway I can create a test account for you guys to login and see the page?
The automatic mute is not happening on all pages. SO I’m super confused. :/
