My video suddenly stopped working a few hours ago. When you click on the play button a message reading
“html5: Video file not found
Can’t parse the request variable!”I’ve been on the phone with my wpengine ( my website host company for the past couple of hours trying to figure out a solution to no avail. Is there an issue going on with the player on your end?

Thanks for all the valuable information. We’re currently investigating on what is causing these parsing issues with Vimeo videos. It seems like Vimeo has suddenly changed some of their settings.

Thanks, the player is working again. But I also want to mention that I have been having performance issues too. Subscribers have told me they have been experiencing the videos freezing lately and not loading, or taking a very long time to load, which I just experienced myself. Here’s a link to the page. It’s a lesson “preview”, so only videos 1 and 2 are different, videos 3,4 and 5 are the same. It was video 2 that took a very long time to load. Could you folks look into this? Thanks

I’ve tested videos on that page with various devices and browsers and I haven’t experienced any loading/performance issues. Good would be if you could give us more information about it.
