We are using FV player pro latest version on sudhirshivaramphotography.com, It was working properly, now we are having comparatively large number visitors, Many users reported that they are unable to play our course videos. Also when we checked only in few instances the player plays the video for a second and then the player screen becomes blank. Please help.

Are the issues present for a specific browser or device type, or do they happen regardless of this?
