Youtube has a bug that auto-scales to full screen (not showing original aspect ratio) if using any option in “Mobile Settings”

I’ve tested your Odysee issues. I confirm that strange characters do in fact break the video. Our development team will look into that as well as the anonymous poster issue.
As for the sound issue, I was not able to reproduce it.. Please, send over the contents of Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Tools -> System Info.

I just ticked the option “Force landscape orientation in fullscreen” but it still breaks the original aspect ratio of the video and forces the full screen ratio on android

could you please share a link to a video with an anonymous poster on odysee.com, so we could test it out hands-on?
As for the sound issue. What browser do you experience the issue on? Do you by any chance also have remember video position and custom video start enabled?
Regarding the issues with YouTube, please tell us more about your mobile device and the browser you use. Is it correct that absolutely any mobile setting when turned on, causes you to experience this issue? Or can you pinpoint it to a specific setting?

we have prepared a fix for this for the next FV Player Pro version.
To get it right now please deactivate and delete the FV Player Pro plugin you are using (no data will be lost), then hit “Install Pro extension” at the top of the wp-admin -> Settings -> FV Player screen. That will reinstall the plugin and give you the update version.
I also see we haven’t checked that YouTube issue, so we will do so.

Please check the problem with youtube again. When clicking the full screen button on mobile, the video will automatically stretch the screen without following the original ratio, making the video very blurry. Also hope you guys improve the video on youtube because the playback quality on fvplayer is worse than the original youtube player, this is a huge problem, hope you guys will solve it soon.
Your interactions on issues are really bad
We are losing players if the issues are not fixed or we have to consider using another more stable player.

thank you for providing more information about that YouTube issue. If the video is getting stretched, then please let us know if you are using the logo setting in wp-admin -> Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Hosting -> YouTube. Will it occur without it?
The playback quality in the YouTube player API is always using ABR, while on YouTube.com (or with their iframe code) you get a chance to pick the quality by hand. This is their decision, I guess they were getting too much traffic from these API players and decided to make it more limited, see the announcement here: https://developers.google.com/youtube/iframe_api_reference#october-24,-2019
