Issue with Live Stream on IE / Windows 10

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with Live Stream videos only on Windows 10 using IE or Edge.
After play button is first pressed, the video freezes on the first frame, and timer is not advancing. If you then click pause and play again, the video starts playing without an issue. This is NOT happening with regular non LIVE videos, NOR it is happening with IE on Windows 7.

Hi Alex,

We’ve ran a quick test and we weren’t able to reproduce your issue. Could you please test if the same thing is happening with live stream demo on our site?

Also a link to your site with that particular problem and your full system info would be very helpful for us. You can find your system info at Settings -> Tools -> System info

Could you please provide me with the link to that demo? Also worth mentioning that I am using AWS for streaming. It would be cool to see if you have that type of the demo.

As i said earlier a link to your site with that problem would be really helpful for us. And your system info as well. You can find at: Settings -> Tools -> System info
