  • Chris 5 years, 11 months ago

    Hello,

I am using FV Player Pro to
    embed Vimeo Pro videos.

All of a sudden the player shows this
message on all devices. Iphone, Android,
    Linux Firefox, Google Chrome etc.

„HTML5: Video file not found. Can‘t parse the request.„

The player has worked wonderful and I did not
    change anything on the setup.

Is this a problem of Vimeo?

    Please help! Thank you :-)

    Chris

    Hi Chris,

There could be possibly some problems on Vimeo’s side, but we will need more information to help you solve this issue.

Are your videos private on Vimeo?
A link to your website with that particular problematic video would be really helpful for us and a source Vimeo link to that same video may be helpful for us as well.

If you want to speed up the process a little, you can also provide us your System info.

You can find your System info at:
WP Admin Dashboard -> Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Tools -> System info
You can simply copy it into this thread(we won’t publicly post any of your sensitive information, so there’s no need to worry)

Thanks for being part fo the Foliovision,
    Juraj

    Hi Juraj,

    thanks for reaching out.
The Vimeo servers blacked out totally yesterday that caused the issue.

    Found this page:

    Thanks for your great support!

    FV player rocks!

    Best,
    Chris
