are you using a RTL (Right-to-Left) language?

This might be caused by a declaration like this in your CSS:

body {
direction: rtl;
}

If you want to revert that, simply add the following CSS rule to your theme stylesheet or custom CSS file or field:

.flowplayer {
direction: ltr;
}

do you see the same behavior when you switch to some default WordPress theme? You can just use the preview function as well.
