The right-click menu doesn’t show in the editor if you are too far down a page.

    Hello,

I really like your wordpress editor, but there is one weird issue we have encountered. If you right-click in the editor, the right-click menu stays at the top of the edit window. So, if your webpage gets any length to it, and you right-click lower down in the edit window, then the right-click menu isn’t visible. Any idea how to fix this?

    Thanks,
    Manley

    Hello Manley,

thank you for interest in our plugin. We are currently working on a new improved version.

We haven’t encountered your issue yet. What browser (and version of it) are you using?

    Thanks,
    Martin

This is in Chrome, version 18. I could send you a picture of this behavior if you tell me how.

    Hello Manley,

thanks for your offer, but I believe that once we upgrade the code editor in our plugin, this will be fixed.

Once we have tested the new version on our websites, we can give you a link to the beta version if you would be interested. It would be a huge help for us.

    Thanks!
    Martin

Martin, that would be great. Please let me know when the beta version is available, and I’ll give you feedback. Thanks.

    Hello Manley

I hope you are doing well, here’s the test version for you: http://foliovision.com/downloads/foliopress-wysiwyg-0.10.zip

So far we haven’t noticed any issues with moving the old settings over.

However when you paste a lot of clipboard text into the editor, it moves your window scroll position in Firefox. That’s one of the last bugs we are figuring out.

    Thanks,
    Martin

    Martin,

We installed the test version, but when we go into edit mode on our website, now we don’t see any content or editing options. We only see a blank editing window. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Manley

operture.com is offering a great wordpress theme editor. It is a drag/drop editor. No coding required. You would have to choose one of the themes that they have already preinstalled. There is no cost for hosting. https://operture.com/account/register.php?language=english
