I tried to install foliopress on my wordpress 3.0.1 but in my case the wp-content folder doesn’t exist and all the items from that folder are in the root of wordpress directory. Therefore foliopress is screwed. You might wanna fix the files and scripts so that the paths are not relative but defined using wp_content_dir -variable.

big thanks you reporting this, the wp-content directory location can be changed using a constant: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Moving_wp-content
We will fix it in one of the next releases.
