Is there any way I can get the video checker to appear on YouTube videos being played through FV Player?
I reposted without the ad but the video checker is not appearing on the video.
I do have the video checker enabled (Disable Admin Video Checker is not checked)
I do know the check works because I can see it on our HLS live streamThese are the messages I get in the debug console when this happens on this page https://www.ncwlife.com/ncwlife-evening-news-november-11-2019/ :

https://www.ncwlife.com/wp-content/plugins/fv-wordpress-flowplayer-master/flowplayer/fv-flowplayer.min.js?ver=7.4.8.727.1 line 11I am still getting this error on our website (ncwlife.com) all the time. Video ads will play just fine, the issue comes after the video ads when it should play a youtube video. The iPad that I am seeing this on is running iOS 12.3.1, but I’ve had this happen on many other devices.
I am not sure what version of iOS our users are watching the video on. I haven’t yet noticed it happening on videos without video ads, but it may, I can’t say for sure. The ads do play, only after the ad is finished does it give the error.
I’ve seen it happen on both WiFi and mobile networks. Many people trying to watch videos on our website are still getting this type of error. Here is a screenshot given to us by a viewer just a day ago: https://imgur.com/a/XssuaU5
Thank you,
TuckerMartin,
I was having the error on almost every video I played on an iPhone the other day. I did get the error on an iPad with 12.1.4 and an iPhone also on 12.1.4. Now I can’t reproduce the error even with video ads still turn on. The one thing I did since then was turn off and then on again the “Enable HLS.js:” setting. I’m not sure if this actually fixed the issue or not.Would you recommend a different format than .mp4 for the video ads?
Thank you,
TuckerHi Martin, I am having the same issue. This happens with all videos on our website. Here is a link to one of the videos with which we have this issue: https://www.ncwlife.com/ncwlife-evening-news-june-3-2019/
Thank you,
TuckerThis only seems to happen when “Remove Logo” is on in the YouTube(Pro) settings in the Hosting Tab.
